Stickermanager is particularly suitable for swapping at school, at work or at swap meets. With «Live Swap» you can swap in real time with your friends. The tedious synchronization of checklists is no longer necessary. Additionally, Live Swap makes it a lot more fun.

On Stickermanager you can swap stickers, trading cards, trading card games, collectible figures etc. The scrapbooks, series, binder etc. are called «collection».

You can swap in real time with all users that are currently online. With Live Swap you no longer have to wait for a response from a swap partner. Additionally, Live Swap makes it a lot more fun.

The Dashboard will show you the most important information (new collections, new swaps, requests from friends, etc.) at a glance. After logging in, you will go directly to the dashboard.

Registering with Stickermanager is free. To register you need an email address. You can enter any "nickname" and will be asked to create a 6-digit password. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. The registration is then complete and you can start.

All features are free of charge and there are no subsequent hidden costs. In fact, by using the swap exchange with swap partners you reduce the need to purchase new stickers or trading cards and so can actually save money.

However, once you want to use the swap exchange, your swap partners need to know where to send the items. For this reason, you need to provide your personal information (name and address). This information is confidential and will only be visible to your swap partners. Your email address will never be disclosed.

YYes, you can change your profile and your user data at any time.

You can always delete your account. Your personal data will be deleted.

After logging in, you go to the function «collections» and choose the function «add collection» (top right). Now, you can search your collections in the collections list and just click on the big "+" to add your new collection.

Yes, easily. In the overview of your collections, click the "X" (top right). Attention, there are any data (including exchange requests) deleted from the system and can not be restored.

Send us an e-mail to info@stickermanager.com, ideally with detailed information on the collection, and we will be happy to add it.

After logging in, you go to the function «collections» and choose the collection. In the detailed view you click the top left function «add items». In the box, you can now enter the sticker numbers (Attention: With double or triple numbers you have to correctly enter these (e.g. [20-21-22])). By clicking «add items» the items are then added to your collection. The system recognizes which items you don’t have and which items you already have, and therefore those that can be offered for exchange.

After logging in, go to the function «collections» and choose the collection. In the detailed view click on the function «manage manually». You can now correct your list manually at any time.

Yes, Stickermanager system has been specially developed for multiple swap requests. After sending a swap request your items are "marked”, therefore all the swap requests are independent of each other and you don’t have to worry that you’ve offered an item in several swap requests simultaneously. Our system is unique and massively simplifies the swapping process.

Yes, Stickermanager automatically finds the best swap partners across all collections. We call this «SuperSwap». You can always limit your search to only one collection.

Stickermanager calculates the "value" of the items based on supply (total number of offered items) and demand (total number of searched items). A value of 100 means as many items offered as searched. If the value is less than 100, then the supply of items is greater than the demand and more items are offered than wanted. The value of the items can be used in the swap negotiations.

We have specially developed «LiveSwap». With the LiveSwap you can swap online in real time and you can negotiate and finish your swaps directly and without waiting.

No, Stickermanager is a swap exchange only.

It is easiest to use our letter templates (address window either on the left or the right) and an envelope with a window. The address of the exchange partner is pre-printed in the correct place.

If the swap partner does not send the items, you can give the swap partner a negative rating. We monitor our users and in the case of recurrence, users are banned from Stickermanager. Check the user-rating each time before you send your items.

You can add users to your "blacklist". The users on your blacklist will not see you on the website and therefore cannot send you requests or messages.

Yes, as in all social networks with Stickermanager you can also manage the list of your friends. Send your friends a friendship request. Once this has been confirmed, your friend is listed in your friends list.

Stickermanager uses the latest technology. For this reason, the site is not available on all operating systems and browsers. Please make sure that you have the latest version of browser installed. Here you can install the latest browser-versions.

No, currently there is still no native app. However, all functions are optimized for mobiles and tablets, i.e. you can and should use all functions on the go on your mobile or tablet.
